Refunds & Exchanges: At Zoay, we are committed to delivering products and ensuring customer satisfaction. While all sales are considered final, we do offer exchanges within 48 hours of delivery. To initiate the exchange process, please contact our customer care team at wearzoay@gmail.com, providing your order number along with a detailed explanation of the issue. All items must be returned in their original, unused condition with tags and appropriate packaging. Once the returned item is received and inspected at our facility, the exchange item will be dispatched accordingly. Please be advised that all shipping and handling costs associated with returning the item are the responsibility of the customer. However, Zoay does not charge any additional fees for sending out the exchanged item. While every effort is made to represent product colors accurately, slight variations may occur due to lighting conditions or fabric dye differences.
