Shipping & Delivery:

Local orders:
We aim to deliver your order as smoothly as possible. For local deliveries within Pakistan, you can expect your parcel within 3–5 working days through our courier partners. 

Intl orders:
For international orders, delivery usually takes 8–10 working days, though delays can occur due to customs or other unforeseen reasons.

Please double-check your address at checkout to avoid any inconvenience. Any applicable customs duties or taxes on international shipments are the customer’s responsibility.

If you face any issue with your order or have feedback to share, you can reach us via email at wearzoay@gmail.com. We’ll do our best to get back to you within 48 working hours. For damaged or incorrect items, please share clear pictures or videos to help us sort things out faster.

Order Cancellations:

All orders are dispatched after confirmation call. If you wish to cancel, please do so there and then. After that, cancellations are no longer possible, as we start processing orders quickly to avoid delays. 
In case of order refusal at doorstep, cash on delivery be no longer available to you.
